RT5710C為高效率的同步降壓型DC/DC轉換器，輸入電壓範圍為2.5V至6V，可調輸出電壓為0.6V至3.4V，輸出電流可達1A。由於內建同步低導通阻開關可增加效率並不需外加蕭特基二極體。
由於具有內部補償機制的電流模式固定導通時間(CMCOT)操作，可允許系統在大範圍的負載變動、輸出電容變化的操作條件下仍有優良的暫態響應特性。
